YES! We have a toilet inside our space, so no students need to leave or be taken else where for the toilet. All participants and guests may use the toilet as required. For Students under 5 parents may need to assist their child.

We will supply all materials. We ask that you bring a water bottle. No food in the studio please.

For kids, old clothes is always a safe bet. We like to have fun, let our hair down and sometimes get messy. Wearing your finest attire is risky, it is a creative space after all. Let's have some fun. Long hair, is best tied up and out the way too. Kids, please wear closed shoes. Crocs are accepted. We have kids approns on their way. We are hoping they arrive ASAP.

No, please do not bring food into the studio. Food + art supplies and a working environment just don't work. We also respect allergies and would like it to be a safe place for all to join. Thanks for your consideration.

For children under 5, we recommend parents stay. If your child settles, has been taken to the toilet and you wish to pop out, please let the class teacher know before leaving. Children over 5, parents may choose to stay or visit a local business, gallery, coffee shop, or run some earned (kids free). Please ensure to pick your child up on time at the end of the class. We may be busy, have other meetings, bookings or business to attend to.

There is on street car parks along Gateway Drive and Venture Drive. Please do not park in other units car parks at 64 Gateway Drive - we would like to keep our neighbours happy and as friends. Thanks for your support and cooperation.

That is ok! life happens and we get it. Getting here safe is our main priority. We will start the class once majority of participants are here and on time. Your child can join in and we will ensure they still have a wonderful experience. Please still attend. If you won't make it at all - please contact us as soon as you possibly can.

Yes — art classes may be supported through the NDIS if the activity aligns with the participant’s plan goals and the service fits within the relevant support category. Many NDIS plans include funding under Core Supports for Assistance with Social and Community Participation or under Capacity Building to develop skills such as social engagement, creativity, independence, and confidence. Some art programs like ours can be invoiced directly to a plan manager or via self-managed funds when the goal of the class (e.g., building social participation and creative skills) is connected to the participant’s plan. Evidence of participation and progress can also be provided to support plan reviews.

Absolutely. We support participants who are self-managed or plan-managed — and in many cases, if our sessions align with the participant’s goals, we can invoice directly to your plan manager or provide the documentation needed for funding approvals. Our classes have been used by families and NDIS coordinators as part of creative, social, and independent skill-building supports. Many disability services in the region similarly offer these types of art workshops with NDIS funding.
